Refund Policy

During High Season, January 1st through April 30th, there are no refunds and payment is required in full for all reservations. The above refund policy also applies during Holidays like July 4th, Labor Day, Memorial Day, Thanksgiving, New Years, and Christmas. We will, however, in certain situations, like if you are nice to us, give you a credit to be applied during times other than High Season and Holidays.
